Working Procedure for Executive Search:

  • Visit client, study client and the position from different sectors
  • Through visiting, we keep good communication with our clients, study client¡¯s company culture, company history and mission, industry, and product specialty. We work with client to clarify the position¡¯s responsibility, requirements and the key incumbent¡¯s specification, position package range, etc.

  • Prepare the proposal
  • After visiting client, our consultant will work out the project proposal. The proposal should include: client¡¯s company profile, position profile, working procedure, times and conditions, fee structure and guarantee, etc. We¡¯ll adjust the proposal content will both sides accepted and signed it.

  • Executive search solutions and implementation
  • Prepare the executive search solution. According to our research on specific industry, will search on our huge database and pouch candidates in related industry. Work out the potential candidate list.

  • Resume screening
  • Contact with all the candidates who are interested in the position, through telephone interview to select related candidates for face to face interview.

  • Interview and evaluation
  • Based on the Assessment Form which had been set for this position, interview candidates and evaluate the candidate from experience, related technical background, personality, leadership, communication skills, team work, career plan, English language skills, motivation, etc. According to the result of the interview and evaluation, prepare qualified candidate report to client.

  • Recommend candidates and arrange interview with client
  • According to client and candidate¡¯s available time to arrange interview. Assist the client and candidate to negotiate for package and on board schedule, etc.

  • Reference Check
  • When client has the interests on one candidate, we¡¯ll make reference check to ensure the candidate¡¯s qualification.

  • Follow up and guarantee
  • When client offered the candidate, we¡¯ll communicate with client and candidate timely. We¡¯ll follow up with the project till the candidate successfully passed the probation. During the probation, if the candidate left by his own reason, and the client notice us on timely, we¡¯ll replace the position freely.
