任职要求

Responsibilities:

Manage regional recruitment/employer branding advertising budget, penetrate into the local market and recommend on advertising, resource and spending decisions.

Lead talent acquisition projects from small to large scope with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.

Optimize talent acquisition policy, process and TA technology solutions in APAC aligned with global standards.

Work closely with local HRBP to drive campus recruitment and university relations, ensure its hiring quality and efficiency.

Take initiatives to identify and implement TA programs which impacts and values for the business, such as employer branding, compliance and background check, regional employee referral, etc.

Network and stay current with trends with external benchmarking as it relates to talent acquisition.

Implement and CI TA technology solution for the region, including but not limited to Avature system implementation, WeChat platform establishment, etc.

Act as a consultant to HR and regional leadership teams on key recruitment challenges/needs.

 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree in HR or related discipline, minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a global matrixed environment, preferably with the exposure in APAC.

Demonstrated experience in driving talent acquisition programs with proven track record

Being well-rounded in building strategic working relationships with leadership team and third-party vendors.

Good know-how in project management, budget planning and business case preparation

Exposure in a manufacturing based environment, preferably with JVs

Fluent in written and spoken English
